Wash My Bike LLP (“The Company”) – Refund Policies

 

Cash Transactions

All Refunds of Cash Transactions are to be reported to the management via +971 566 086 236. Management takes sole responsibility for determining the validity of the Refund Claim and will inform the relevant employee if the Refund has been granted in order to process and return the money to The Customer.

Customer has the right to file a Complaint with the company in case of unsatisfactory resolution of the Refund Claim. (Please see Complaints Handling)

 

Online Transactions

Customer has a right to file a claim for The Refund by sending an email to help@washmy.bike . The Company endeavors to process all the claims and refunds within 3 working days.

Management takes sole responsibility for determining the validity of the Refund Claim.
